Information We Collect

If you submit the property inquiry form on this site, we collect the name, email, company (optional), inquiry type, and message you provide. We don't collect anything else through the site — no account system, no newsletter, no other form.

Third Parties Who Receive Your Information

The inquiry form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service that delivers your submission to our email inbox. Formspree processes the form data — see Formspree's privacy policy for how they handle it. We don't sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with anyone else.

Hosting & Fonts

This site is hosted on Vercel, which logs standard server request data (IP address, timestamp, requested page) as part of normal web hosting. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends font requests — including your IP address — to Google's servers, standard practice for sites using Google-hosted fonts.

How This Site Was Built

This site was designed and developed with the assistance of AI tools, including Claude by Anthropic. AI tools were used in the development process — they are not part of how the live site operates and do not process any visitor data.

Property Management Licensing

Separately from how this website handles data, Muzzy Property Management holds a Utah Property Manager License issued by the Utah Division of Real Estate. Management engagements are conducted in accordance with Utah Code § 61-2f, including use of a state-compliant Real Estate Trust Account. This is a note about our licensing, not about website data handling.
